Desi "Overhaulin and Pimp My Ride"

Couple of days back on Nat Geo channel,i saw a programme,similar to the "Pimp my ride" and "Overhaulin" but... the DESI version..yess this programme was on designer called Leepu from Bangladesh.

This person converts old cars to Italian imitation cars,i guess how many of you have seen this episode..here are some details from the internet:

atleast the trend has started in asia to make an episode from the efforts of these guys are putting on

Tha Black coupe looks nice frm far in pics, tho ground clearence is too high for it's looks, efforts none the less are worth some appreciation, did not like the red one though.

@crazy-driver:I had seen it a copule of days ago,i am getting a bit confused now reading after your post weather it was on Nat-Geo or Discovery Travel and Living..

Leepu, what an eccentric madman! Good ideas, but designs were not to my full taste...his idea of not drawing on paper/computer beforehand, didn't exactly produce the prettiest of results!

the program was on discovery travel and living at around 2 am after i got home i saw 2 guys brwling at each other. couple of guys banging the car and when they wanted to weld the car hood from a frame the cut into the engine which was installed hhahah nutcases - and they showed that on national television what idiots and that red car look horrid like a ferrari enzo wannanbeeeeeeee...

ramie-even i saw the programme,the best part was the engine tuner who was a foreigner[i think from britain] was getting pissed of with the non systamatic way of doing things, anyway appreciatable.......

the car looks like a cross between a corvette and an enzo man... looks really cheap too....

ya i saw that show too..... it was dum!!!!!!!! though the car would have looked much better if it didnt have the empty middle section!!!!!!!!
