Don't know if you guys have observed this, but, many of the black and yellow taxis plying on Mumbai roads have really dark glasses and no cop seems to bother. Almost all our taxis have some rubbish opaque art work on the rear windshield through which one can't see. Why aren't the cops noticing this? Or are they scared of A. L. Quadros & Co.?

it is not so easy to get permission from thr authorities for using the dark tints on cars. They have a specific list on which only they give permission for dark tints
