everything seems to be looking up for this VTec,although I'm a lil concerned about the pipes, also you mentioned programmed ecm? which one ? and the internals are good for about 10psi and then they'll take a toll.any ideas on forged?finally reliability matters and who better to know that than mecoz ive got my fair share of problems till i fixed them and I know how it feels..

ollie-i think what 16v100bhp meant was how much you spend on the whole thing.

Well theres a bit of traction but the custom hard shocks reduces it !!
I will have to do a little more thinking and finding out in regards to the Limited slip dfferential, thanks for the suggestion !

Ollie with the current Plumb Job you have I would not reccomend more than 12 PSI to remain in the right heat range on this setup also you would need a bigger turbo for a better output at higher boost settings. Please take a look at the boost map below

Also note that you do not have a better fuel pump neither do you have larger injectors on your car aim for those immediately instead of the forged parts first and drop the boost to 5-6 PSi to be on the safer side. Can however see that you have boost controller installed. Do make sure that you are running a AFR meter in your car at least to see what is happening in a rough estimation.

Yes i am running on max 10psi of boost, it was initally doin 15psi, had to get it down to 10psi..
will look into the fuel pump matter, injectors.. well i dont have a AFR meter as yet.. but will set it up soon.. minor work still pending on my car !
Thanks for the Bost map..
Great Help dude !

Ollie as fellow car enthusiasts its our duty to help each other .. We were discussing about your build yesterday , pls do listen to psycho and do the needful asap .. Drop the boost down , get yourself better injectors and a fuel pump and most of all an AFR meter .. It will save you a lot of money and headache .. And you mean to say you were running 15psi with all stock parts ?? Didnt you face any problems ??
