swift diesel mileage ????

My Swift Zdi bought in January 2012 has crossed 51000 kms and the average fuel indicator shows 16.5 kms/litre over the entire period, which in a city like Chennai with occasional outstation visits is pretty good. I had expected to get only between 13 & 14 kms/litre and hence am pleasantly surprised.

Hello, My Swift Vdi has run around 97000 kms and is a May, 2008 model. In Delhi winters (November to February) I easily get a mileage of around 20 kmpl without ac (80 percent sedate driving, 20 percent spirited driving) in summers i.e. right now I am getting around 15-16 with the ac on all the time at full blast.
