Nope they were quite different with the spokes being straight instead of curved like this one.

Future modified palios in India

These pictures are taken from a forwarded email. Just an assumption

Now once Palio MJD starts selling like Hot cakes just like the Swift diesel, i wouldnt be suprised to see even palios being modified in the same way like swifts. If not the stickers but definatley those alloys & skirtscheers:

Hey MF I missed that. Thanks, for the diagram. I too have found the Bravo/ Brava manual. Trying to find out what matches the Indian 1.6 engine. A lot of detailed info.

Hello everyone....

i need help of experts here please.
I own a palio 1.6 s10 model. its time to replace the the tyres now. my alloy wheels have taken quiet a beating and one is slightly bent and another is bent quiet bad(had driven once with a puncture)

now i want to go in for bridge stone turanza ER 60 175/65 r 14 as i have seen on the forum that it best for bad roads.
My second option is mithelin energy xi+ same size.....but worried if it will survive the horrible roads....already had tyre cuts with S322 currently on the car

reasons for not going for upsize
  1. it rains pretty heavily where the car will be mostly driven
  2. My dad does not like a heavy steering
regarding alloys, if i want a S10 alloy, they cost me 7500 each and have a looooong waiting period! i personally feel paying so much for them will be not worth as i have to replace atleast 2 alloys. my options are
  1. aura E-01455 available in PCD 98
    no mods required
    Aura also manufactures OE alloys
quiet cheap....have been quoted 17000 for 5 BUT only 1 design availablein PCD 98 ! it looks just OK i think
  2. Neo alloys good designs.....but not sure if exact fit and their quality, dealer says he will get PCD 98 on order.
  3. imported alloys
could not find PCD 98....dealers offered PCD 100 with modification of holes

Basically confused between the three
also...availability of single piece alloy(later on in case of one alloy getting damaged) is essential for me.

Kindle advise regarding alloys and tyres
thanks

P.S. urgent advise needed as long trip due soon

Sorry had to add this aspect also.....since i have already mentioned that i will be driving on bad/horrible roads a lot, what about having a 185/65 R 14 or 175/70 R14 in the interest of comfort?

185/65 r14 would be a good choice in terms of comfort,i'm saying it from my experience.i have them on my gtx and they are really comfort .
About alloys try to find a set of second hand S10 rims if you can .I got them with some incredible price (thanks to MF indeed).

185/60/ R14 is the correct tyre upsize for the Palio. For comfort I think the stock size holds best.

@MF,how about 195/60,cos i have to change the tyre pretty soon,i think in terms of performance 195/60 would be the best.
