Zen mods, plz suggest.

Description:
A 1997 a Maruti Suzuki Zen (It's supposed to be carb and cheap as well )

Security:
Autocop Car Alarm System.
Running the gearbox for 1L engine on this 1.3 works like a short ratio gearbox.

Interiors :
Racing steering
Sports seats
Tacho with shift light

Performance :

G13b Suzuki engine.
Remapped ECM
Engine port and polish.
Port and polish throttle body.
FFE
K&N air filter(cold optional)
Stiffened Shocks and springs, both front and back.
175/60 R 13 Bridgestone Potenza G3 Tyres on 13 inch Racing Mags
Shifting the front breaks of a stock zen to the rear and putting esteems front break to zen’s front.

Plz give me suggestions for any improvements and what would be the required budget for all this. (Excluding the car)

Remappe ECM would suggest he wants an MPFI car.

Costs vary from city to city, but I would suggest a twin-cam 1300 setup. More power, and if you ever want to go turbo, it will hold higher stress levels. And the rear disc job isn't going to be easy.

I have been already thrashed on one of the threads for suggesting this
http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/modifi...tions-plz.html

I agree that spark plugs can't increase the potential power that an engine can generate...... but a more efficient spark will provide more efficient combustion and associated performance and economy benefits. I thought they will compliment the other performance mods. Isnt that the case???

No man, the stock spark plugs can handle this sort of outcome pretty easily. Unless you are going forced induction or changing compression, I don't think you need different plugs.
