Ford Fusion FE - Air Filter, Intake, LPG / CNG, etc

Hello all -

I've been deliberating my choice of a new car for a couple of weeks now and really like the Fusion.

Just wanted to know if anyone's been tinkering around with their Fusions by any or all of the methods mentioned in the subject line, and has seen FE go up?

Would be really interested in any feedback.

Thanks...

stock will give you 10 in city not to mention in CNG you will be paying 1.10paise per km,,, ofcourse you will be saving it, but you got to compromise the performance,i guess thts must be one of the reason why u buying fusion...
LPG am personally not in favour
Cheers

Yeah - I know. The Fusion's such a great ride!

Unfortunately, I only make so much money every month and do have long commutes to work, and possibly long weekend trips thus am trying to work out options for this car, else I'd be done with the Swift Zxi (also a great ride).

Does CNG / LPG really compromise performance? I understand there will be a trade-off to some extent, but I thought technology had caught up with CNG and LPG kits in India.

Anyway, thanks for your response.
