There are cheap endoscopic optical fiber cameras available on amazon that you might be able to utilize to locate the ring if it is stuck somewhere along the vent. A combination of endoscope & thing gauge steel wire might help.

You can try flexible endoscope cameras to find the position of idol and then decide on retrieving it or not. Camera does not cost much.

This seems strange.

check for the airflow in your ac vents which should tell you if the idol is blocking the airflow in any way, or also check for any rattling sound.

the safest way to get the idol out would be to take the car to a Tata ASS, because the Tigor is equipped with dual front air bags and complex wiring for the music system and AC is also there. So, you will have to bear the labor cost of this job done at the ASS but that would be the safest way to solve this issue. As the tata guys will remove the dash to get the idol out.

I don't think getting the idol out of the vents at an unauthorised workshop would be a good idea, you should contact the authorised service centre and ask them to do the job. I am guessing your does have the airbag, and also since its the dashboard many electrical component are also involved. So, doing anything at your end or at the unauthorised centre can be harmful.
