Is that a xing ? well Xing comes with Dual coil ignition system therefore you can't just add any normal tacho. You would need a DIS compatible tacho. or You would need a RPM adapter to use the normal tacho with the 4 Cylinder option.

I'm using a tacho from Sunpro® on my xing.

Tach for Santro

I have a 2006 Santro XO, for which I intend to fit a Tachometer. Ideally, I would want to fit in the instrument console from the Limited edition of the Santro, which came with Tach as standard fitment. However, I was told at the service station that this is a difficult part to find.

In view of this, I am thinking of an aftermarket tachometer. Can someone please guide me on how to go about this in Bangalore?

Thanks

Get an autoguage or an autometer depending on your budget. The normal tachometer will show the output of only 2 cylinders that means only half the actual rpm.you can get a dual coil kit for this which is easily available.the best will be to get a tacho which is meant for the santro...

Jassi, his current status is BANNED. I doubt whether he will be able to access the forum.

Edit: Ignore, I thought you are asking Alias.
