Update

Picasa Web Albums - Rakesh - Skoda Alloys

Latest upgrade to the Octavia. Reverse sensors & 90/100W halogens. Tried the white light ones but am going back to the OE light colour "goldenish yellow" which gives much better visibility.

Both these upgrades are for "making life easier" Night time visibility on the roads is a priority & not banging into pavements while reverseing a neccesity

Cheers

WOW some serious re-working there !!!!! My Octavia sounds like a toy in front of what you have done to yours hope all those mods can hold up on a long term basis. I guess they will as the Skodas are built tough - but then every machine has it's limits.

I have remained within conservative limits & is fun to drive daily & totally reliable

Enjoy

Ricky

hey man, i m not going to bust up car just for temp satisfaction.all mods have been done on the consevative side with long term reliablity. skoda s are tough. just to be on the safe side i have a boost gauge which i ensure does not spike over 21psi and also a EGT which makes back off if it climbs past my set limit. will keep you updated on the turbo upgrade as soon as i can sort some fabrication issues. cya. [ a super site for this engine =Tdiclub.com.check it out]

Just wondering - have you had a dyno run at KS Motorsport ?? (You being in Mumbai), wish the facility was here in Gurgaon / Delhi as well, the only REAL way to know what the modifications have done for one's car.

Enjoy the car

Cheers
