I see absolutely no problem after the re-map. As for the reliability - the software has been developed after a lot of R & D by Custom Code - UK, who are also doing remaps for a lot of other TOP END cars like the Audi, BMW & Mercs. So I feel the reliability is there. The performance enhancement is GREAT - I do not think "it'll come down" anytime soon

Just wanted to clarify. I have been told that a stock replacement filter be it K&N or Green Cotton is not desireable to use - as the oil fumes mess up with the sensor in the filter housing. I did not quite understand this. Can anyone in the know shed some light on this ?

Thanks

Hi

Just added a GREEN COTTON stock replacement filter to the Octavia. Honestly the difference is there - but nothing mind boggling. But it is reccomended with the re-map so got it put anyways !!!!!!!

Cheers

Neat! But somehow, deep dish designs always make the wheels look smaller than they actually are. These end up looking like 16"ers. But love the design.
