As I said, I really share this concern. It will definitely be disappointing not to get an answer from the other guy fancying the sticker.

Re: Most irritating car accessories!!

Many of the ones which I consider irritating have already been posted.

An addition to the list are the hanging things from the IRVM. Be it Lord Hanuman hovering around my head, or plastic lemon and red chilli spicing things up or some beads/ flowers/ anything else!
I find them distracting my attention when am driving. It is fine with me if you keep things which will be stationary say like some idols on the dashboard, though I don;t prefer but they don't irritate. Anything that swings/ oscillates is a potential danger, at least to me!

2. Scorpios and Boleros with raised suspension on city road
3. Old Door Darshan style stick FM antennas sticking out of rear bumpers
4. Family members name on rear wind-shield (Very common sight in my native)
5. Writing VOLVO on the side and rear of M800 and Omni.
6. All kinds of gizmo lights inside and non-functional break light and indicators on Autos

Agree with you that it looks ugly and defeats the very purpose of the seat cover. But sometimes we have to think practically. I have put up fabric seat covers in my Liva. Have a son who is 1.5 years old and of course we have to feed him while travelling. After every trip the seats were a mess with baby food, biscuits etc. Cleaning the seat covers every week is a headache. So I purchased a thin soft blanket and covered the rear bench. So you see everyone has their own reasons. Thanks.

You said it! Ace & Santro. Especially surprising is the Santro; small car with very powerful headlights. Unless it's because they're so bad the owners all put in 130/100 bulbs.

Now how does that irritate you?
you got run over by one?
Lift kits are usually installed by off roading enthusiasts, and when not off road, what is wrong in driving them on the road?
Its like saying i am irritated by a certain car on road, just because it looks ugly to me.

Of-course not, if I see one going to crush me, I can sleep on the road and it can pass over me.

What I mean, people who have never drove out of city using the kit just for show off. A vehicle modified for off road do have a lot of other kits and not just the raised suspension. What about a Scorpio 4X2 with raised suspension ?

Re: Most irritating car accessories!!

How about those 'twin cam 16v engine' stickers on bikes?

For that matter, I saw an interesting sticker on these lines 'No Cam, No Valves!'

At least this was better!

Add one more to it, its like a small flower pot with its 2 shining green leaves continuously moving up & down, placed on the dashboard of a car.

Regards,
Saket

But then why waste money on the seat covers? Towels/bed sheets could have been used directly on the original seats for protection!

Another form of stickers is with people's names on it! How weird is that?

I also hate the after market bullbars.
the only stickers that are acceptable are the tbhp bumper stickers

Re: Most irritating car accessories!!

The ORVM on the APE auto's. For some strange reason, they are always turned towards the driver and not towards the traffic behind, I always get a jitter when I have to overtake one as I don't know if there is anyone taking notice either side.

I guess they are ment to be installed outwards but the drivers prefer them that way so that they can see their pretty faces any time they want. They would not have used it to view the traffic behind them anyways!
