Average decreasing after installation of LPG

I have similar problem in my Optra, this car was giving me a FE of 8 ~ 9 in city with AC on LPG but have suddenly dropped to 6. Checked it on petrol and it is still 10.5 with 40% AC in city.
Tried visiting many mechanics to get the car tuned, even got the mixer serviced, got airfilter cleaned...but no help !!
