anyone has VICTOR MP3 FM modulator

This is available in chennai . priced 875/- . i saw the kit seems to be good & has the USB / conector to Music system AUX - and it can take USB JUMP DRIVE ...so that the music in that jup drive can be played in car speakers thro the given remote. i could not check the quality . so looking for users feedback or any other option which has these features . HOW good IS THIS FOR CHARGING MP3 like iPOD /creative or if needed Mobiles thro USB..Do this hamper our car battery..pl clarify. TIA
