Since there is no way to prove which is the fastest, this is all pure speculation. Are we talking street cars or totally modified for one short burst like a sprinter? Which is the right parameter?

Meanwhile accord reminded me of Rajiv Gandhi, that man loved accords. He belted out many accords, Rajiv-Longowal Accord, Indo-Srilanka accord, Rajiv-Farooq accord and more. No disrespect to the original poster, but Rajiv was the first accord master.

well what i meant was a normal dialy use street car which can we used for racing sumtimes and ya no offence to anyone but can mods not crack bad jokes and i was expecting some 0-100 figures????

Not many Road burners when it comes to accords .. i guess ppl would mod the Rs if they wanted Speed/bhp etc.

However,i do remember some 'spirited' driving on the way back from the trisate meet between memo's baleno and a black accord/mondeo with modded double exhausts, 17"ers etc.Pretty quick.

The fastest Accord in India is undoubtedly the Mugen Accord 3.0 V6 of Linkway Honda's director IMHO, boy with 17 or 18inchers it moves damn fast. 0 - 100 - 7.5 secs.

Even with a auto the Accord is fast, with a Manual its going to be mighty fast, infact the New Accord has been slightly tweaked and believe you me the car just accelerates crazily to 200+, top speed - could not be recorded as it was still flying when ACI ran out of road.

There is no replacement for displacement.

I did ask a query that went unanswered and maybe unread due to the alleged quick witted-ness of certain tall, 3/4 wearing, long haired team-mates

So coming back to my post, which I have self quoted (pompous am I not?) tell me Accord masters, (hereinafter referred to as A-M) what do you exactly mean by everyday use cars, is it Normally Aspirated without the thingamajig Nos etc..etc.. Cars which are daily drivers or cars which have all body parts, seats,etc on them.

Most drag cars are stripped off the seats, ICE, dashboard run NOS and higher boost,slicks hence reducing the quarter mile times a wee bit.
