cedia tyre upgrade

need a tyre upgrade bros, got my car yesterday... cedia... has factory potenza radials. 195/60/R15... is 205 good or 215? and whats the lowest profile size in 15" and 16" tyres? i guess its 50?? and what is the pricing like, for 205/50/R15 tyres? which i think would be the cheapest bet.. and when i return my 195's how much should they go for?? rather what difference would i have to pay?? all comments welcome..
thanks

p.s. was thinking of ruling out size 16 tyres, cause i guess then i would need a rim upgrade as well...

hi blue2ki. There's already a thread on cedia tyre upgrade. If you go through that thread you can find loads of info. If you still feel you need more help just post there and we will be glad to help you out.

Blue2ki get 205/60 R15 Michelin Pilot Preceda PP2 if you can afford it. Fantastic tyres both in dry and rain. Amazing road grip and also way more comfortable than the Stock RE88 that the Cedia comes with. If you want lower profile 16 inchers, get 205/50 R16 or 215/50 R16. Avoid 17 inchers as they'd screw the suspension bigtime. How much you get from your old tyres varies... I got roughly 2k per tyre as they had done 3000km before I changed. You should probably get more.

Anyway mods please merge this with the older thread.
