Help with CAR SECURITY

Hello , Team- Bhpians

Hi, i'm prathap. My brother wants to fit a very good security system in the Car. Since he has expensive Ice .. And lots of car ice are being stolen in our area..

Pls suggest me the best brand and price of the product and Features
My brothers budget is 20k

he is looking for something which will alert him through Sms.

Hi Bikerboy,
You can try Xenos (Xenos Technologies Ltd.). They have good remotelocking systems with immobilizer and shock sensors.

For SMS based alerts try MicroVBB(MicroVBB). They have various variants of the product (Economy,Classic, Elite, Navigator). I couldn't findout their prices, nor their dealers in Bangalore(They have max number of dealers in Assam, none in Karnataka :-)).

Try sending them a Buyer enquiry on their website.

Hi,

Yesterday when i was at the Ford dealer, i found that they have MicroVBB for Ikon. It costs 15k including installation. You need to buy a simcard separately to use in this.

I had called the Autocop service guys last week and was enquiring about their products.

Since you are in Bangalore, call Narender\Naresh(Sorry, I forgot his name) at 9880015156. He services and deals in Autocop. He mentioned to me that Autocop now has a security system that SMSes the owner in the event of an attempt to rob.

Keep us all posted on your findings.
