It actually used in Automatic transmissions and is called T/Q oil. Its a specific grade of oil.

i know that ATF has a much higher detergent amount and is smooth but are you even considering putting in an expensive SYNTHETIC gear oil which is actually meant for your car ; ie gl 4 rated stuff?
OWS has synthetic gear oil in gl 4 & 5
N1 can hook you up with some

how is your gearbox feeling any issues?
just got rims and tire package upgrade as a birthday present from me mates
205/55/15 s drives was sad that Potenza g 3 production has stopped
but its been 24 hours and the tires are great-so far no issues with me BUT how much air do you fill man, psi?
going nitrogen soon

and i am going to get headers for me swift too , only headers for cash issues, are you back to stock on your exhaust system -apart from your headers?

will ask Viper , KS , N1 and the speedworks chennai guys for the best and most cheaply !! available

tell me about your cams too man
cheers

Yes I did and theres nothing wrong in using it but after much deliberation and discussion with a lot of "Keedas" in the issue, TQ was the one that won the vote.

No Issues. I will have issues if I do some crazy stuff with it like 4th to 1st when its still doing 80+, then ill surely bust it!! Dont intend to do anything that crazy.
Congrats on the New rims and tyres. Can we have some pics of your ride with the rims? Im usig the S Drives too of the same config and they really really good.
I use 30 all round. That was recommended and have no issues with ride or grip.
I dont know how nitrogen would help or make a difference. Im not convinced as yet but to each his own!! You go right ahead i fthat what you want and do post a report so we all stand educated with a first hand report

Headers are good but if not mated with a free flow they would be less effective. No probs but... one can do it step by step. Thats the way to go my man.
No Im not back on my stock exhaust but have to visit Automech as he has options ready for me for sound issues I have. (Actually Ive started to like the sound)
Well cheap need not be the best. rest assured, Bombay has the guys to help you with the best and of the above you have already named two (N1 gets it done from one of these two only) one of which will not do a custom job for you. So if you are looking at a custom job, Viper is your man unless you have a very very special rapport with Automech and thats going to cost much more as it would be a one off for them!!
Regarding my cam, well im waiting for my 285 spec cam to come in from Piper. IN the meanwhile I have a Stage-II clutch ready to fit tomorrow. With it Im getting the engine oil changed to Mobil or Petronas, injectors cleaned and a set of Iridiums. Even my Battery bracket will be shifted to the rearmost place it can so that my Filter can be further extended to the extreme end of the bonnet. I will post pics after all this is done.
I will post a report on the clutch once I get driving the car.

Note how the Filter is restricted as the battery is blocking the ideal place it should be.

Meanwhile, pics of the Stage Two Clutch that goes in tomorrow

Looks like an eclutchmasters package, with a Miba 3 puk disc. Is that organic, or cera-metallic? And more importantly, how much?

That's serious equipment. You're really intent on some big horses, kya sirji? And calf is also going to become big!
