can u tell me if a HT gypsy can be modded to become something more convertible -like? and how much heavy will it be on the pocket?

You have two options:

1. Manually remove the hardtop whenever you want to tour opentop. Requires atleast 2 persons to do the job.

2. Get a soft-top!

I do not mean to be unkind here but it seems to me that if you have to ask how much this rather frivolous mod would cost then you probably can not afford it. Spend the money on something you need, that will improve your life. But, since you probably will not do that I imagine there must be custom shops in Bombay that could alter your top for you and take your money. If there are none in Bombay then try Mumbai, it's right close by.
