The one I got from AutoCop had this module to roll up the windows when locked. The MRP was marked at 6.3K (was about 8 to 10 months back i think). I got it at 6k.

So, if you go for Autocop, i think you should get the upmodule too (better to confirm again).

Also, my central locking is Piranha. There is a connection from the central locking module to the power windows system which enables this feature.

In Delhi, Autocop incl fitting is 4.5k (front PW). Including rear, it becomes 7.5k types if I recall right.

11k :-o

I enquired with Xenos. It costs 11k for the Front + rear PW with Upmodule.

Re: Alto Lxi - Power Windows

I was surprised that Konark in Bangalore quoted 6.5K for front PW and 9.5 for all 4 doors? Can someone please validate this?

Re: Alto Lxi - Power Windows

Which PW was offered for 9.5k? Was it Nippon (Maruti OEM)?

Can anyone tell me if 6-6.5K is the correct price for front p/w (autocop) in Bangalore? Can anyone suggest me any other shop if it would cost less + fitment?

Re: Alto Lxi - Power Windows

^^ I feel it's a tad expensive. Why not inquire on the prices of Xenos or some other brands like RD? From what I had gathered during my search a couple of months back, most brands were under 5.5K for the front two door PWs & 5.5K was the maximum quote for one of the brands (don't remember which one). Check again with other dealers.

Drive safe.

A company called "Magna" in Gurgaon supplies power windows module to Maruti. It uses Denso motors.
I got front power windows fitted in Swift Lxi for 6500 and rear for 5500 in May last year.
