exhaust for Scorpio...

hi people i am put up at Chennai n i have a Mahindra Scorpio CRDe 2006 model

I basically love to modify my car n i was looking forward to adding an exhaust system to my car, but i was told that it was not recomended to add an exhaust system to a diesel car ... but i really love that Vrooooommmmm... sound.. is there any way i can make that happen lease: ..

the sound wont be the same as a petrol car. i think you should change the endcan and then see the sound whether you like it or not.

Agree with akshay. What he meant is change the muffler of your car and see whether you like the sound of it or not, cause it will definately not sound like a petrol one.

but my Mech told me that it was not advicable to change it as it may spoil the engine is that true....
n can any1 direct me anyplace in Chennai where i can enquire about it...

Hi guys,

You love to mod your Scorpio pls do it.

But with the end pipe changed or with the FFE your fuel pump will get affected so will your crde system.

If its only a turbo non crde you can only change your endpipe, but in no way will it give you any performance. People will mistake it for a failed exhaust.

Do some mods inside like a DVD player with Monitors , a play station , a refridgerator something like this.

They will improve the luxury quotient of the SUV.

Sorry if i am harsh, Its after all your machine worth a lot of bucks.

so your telling me that there is absolutely no way i can make that Vrooom sound come from my Ride...? :(
am not looking for performance here all that i want is that cool sound to come from my car.
