Broken Fog Lamp ( Tata Indica )

Hi friends,

My friend has a Tata Indica and he broke the Fog Lamp in bumper on left side, went to get it replaced but we were told that the CLAMPS have broken of the BUMPER of the fog lamp and it cant be refixed ......unless we get the bumper changed for Rs 4000/. any local guy who will do this job ? any suggestions in bangalore for this ? as Rs 4000/. is definately a big amount for the broken fog lamp :(

There is a shop on J.C. road that does these kind of jobs,you can go & find out.I will try & keep you posted on the exact location.
