Guys,
Yeah iceman, the cam is cool, and yes Scan gave me the head to go with it and i was surprised since we had to deposit almost 4mm of material on the timing belt tensioner to get the belt to sit!! so the compression is high!
28k !! man thats expensive! i'm also going to the coimbatore race track today. they have made fibreglass everything for thier zens( hood, hatch, even doors and they have perspex door mirrors! ) that should knock some weight off my zen! anyway lets see. and yes its a 4 barrel 40 dcoes that i picked up.

hey Stage3,
since ur going to the track ,can u please take some pics of those modded zens.
i wanted to see how have they fitted 195 tires on them.
also they have the M800 discs on the rear.
and were last heard to be developing abt 90bhp on the esteem 1.3 carb engine. and had still scope for improvement.

so please help with the pics.and its suspension part.

cheers,
satya

Hi Speedsatya, just back from the track, no luck bro, all the zens are back in the owner's house, since all these zens are slated for sale. they are not in the track anymore, but i will be talking to those guys by the weekend. yes its 195's as the front fenders are fully flared and constructed with fibreglass. in the rear, the fenders are cut high and a fibreglass cover akin to the old metro 6r4(if my memory is right) has been bolted on, hence the clearance. i will try to get the pics of those soon.

Hey,

Put some performance specs of your car. The only way to go with a 300 Cam is with Webbers. You will also need better fuel pumps and of course ignition systems.

As far as the interiors are concerned I share everyone else's opinion. BTW are
the three Rpms connected one for each gear shift(just kidding

Viper

BTW I still have the used MSD set for sale.
