The combination he wrote on the paper and gave me was with 70% IR( infrared rejection?) for the front and 60% on the sides and rear for 13k. If I get 40% for the sides and rear it will cost me 11.2k. But for sure its not Vkool 70 and thats why I am more confused.

I don't think there is any film with 40% for sides and rear so avoid that. Why don't you just get the vkool with 60% rejection for your sides and rear now. And then decide before the summer what you want to get for the front?

i got a quote of rs5500/- for 3m cr 70 at milan subway and a quote of rs6750/- at kandivali. akshay1234 i had read in one of your posts about dusty conditions at milan. do you have any other preferred installer ?

I got it done from Car Lounge. They guy did a decent job, but given a choice next time I would call them home to do it. Really not worth going to Milan Subway.

Get the economy range for sides and back. But the 8k odd that they are charging for it is way to high. It should not be above 5.5-6k.

Motomaverick would you have a copy of the quote from 3M HSR Layout? I went yesterday for a sun film and under body treatment for my JAZZ and was quoted higher.

I understand Jazz and Manza are both under medium vehicle category as per 3M pricing.The centre manager was quoting about Rs.5200 for CS35 and was adamant that there cannot be a pricing less than this for Manza. I also logged in and showed him this tread/message.
He also did speak to Sidhu and i did speak to him, he was doing the usual sales pitch as company fixed prices etc.

underbody i was offered Rs.3175 or so with 5 year warranty.
Members please suggest an alternative and reliable location?

Understand price revisions on 3M have happened from April 2011.
Have done the CS50 from 3M Car care for Polo, costed ~ 5.7k.
Prices seem to be same at all 3M car care centers.

Thanks Volkman for your inputs. between CS35 & CS50 isnt CD50 too dark? is it permitted in Bangalore. Its embarrassing sitting inside Jazz when other folks peep into the vehicle and more so since Jazz has an all round visibility.

i wouldn't mind going for CS50 rather.
