Customized dash with Gauge pods for a Baleno

Just completed installing a Fiberglass project I started couple of weeks ago on a Baleno. This was to create a Gauge pod on the Dash to acomodate three 2" meters. The mould was made in fiberglass and then painted to get the finish. Have to yet take some day time snaps of the mould. It takes around 12 to15 days from start to end.

Below are some snaps of the progress and final fitting.

Test fitment on Dashboard after fiberglassing the mould.

First layer of Paste applied .

Second coat of Paste.

After first coat of paint.

After second touch up coat and fitment.

Will post day time snaps later.

Awesome job blueraven, looks really cool...

@jerish666:3 RPM meters, two as you can see in the pic and one which comes as OE fitment in the instrument cluster.

As you've already been told end product finish is superb, looks as good as O.E. 3 rpm meter's over kill, may be you could use something more useful,air-fuel meter though im guessing your car has a stock narrow band o2 sensor, its still better getting an air-fuel reading than getting a dual or triple rpm display,no offence meant, just my two bits,cheers..happy revvin..!

Lovely work Satya. Makes me wish these tax cuts hadnt left me an impoverished man.

Goddy- the stock tacho is the 3rd RPM meter

Thanks for the comments guys, the car is not mine and the gauge choice also was not, I just built the Gauge pod, The owner just wanted it for good looks and the meters needed to move as he drove so hence the choices.
An oil or water temperature needle would not move that rapidly. Air / Fuel mixture we could not organise in Auto Gauge for the time being, these original meters itself was a pain to organise.
