Turbocharged maruti baleno
my turbo keeps eating clutch ,needs new at about every 5000 kms (till now replaced 2 )
where can i buy stock replacement performance clutch for baleno?
what is price and @ company?
Do i need stage 2 or stage 1, i mrunning at @ 6-7 psi?
is it stock replacement or i have to do some modifications?
which is better used or new ?

I guess your best option would be an Stage 2 performance clutch which i believe retails at about Rs. 18000/- you could inquire with any of the bombay tuners for this.
Unless you're looking for a Race clutch which would set you back by about Rs. 25000/- and it would be a pain to use in the city.
IMO don't even think about a used clutch. I'm sure you would've considered all expenses for necessary upgrades such as a clutch, better brakes etc. which are required after turbocharging.

We've ordered a couple. Just waiting to put them on. And they're remarkably cheaper than 25k, I'll tell you that!
The Wolf has a performance clutch on his Vtec. IIRC it cost him around 7k (?) and its the Exedy brand. Not sure of the stage though.

Can you confirm the brand, stage and price please as to the best of my knowledge the price quoted by you is incorrect. I personally inquired with Ritesh for a Baleno Clutch and was quoted approx 17k + for a stage 1 and 22k + for a stage 2 set. In any case Honda City & baleno clutches do not cost the same
Mentioning hearsay prices causes a sense of mistrust amongst others as expressed by Shrivz.
Would appreciate it if you could check & clarify the right pricing.

Few things here:
1) Is it a clutch plate or a kit?
2) I do not think that is what he paid for it.
hi keshav and viper bhai, this was long back (when i had to get my clutch plates replaced) so i dont remember that clearly. I think it was for clutch plates alone.... again not sure.
please dont take these rates as correct. I dont mean to mislead anyone. Just posted what i had heard but i could be wrong.
