dont put any pulsar or bajaj parts. mainly its a 2 stroke. keep is as light as possible. samurai is an amazing mighty bike. the maintainance free bike. all parts are just perfect on it. obviously Japanese technology fires it.

The steering remote ought to work better if placed to the left.

Hi Mridul, are you planning to use the booster & the rotors from the Alto ?

I'm interested because I'm contemplating something similar for my Alto - planning to switch to bigger booster & rotors, from the Swift perhaps, but not sure of feasibility.

Can I ask who's doing the brake job for you ?

The booster was fitted in some batches of 5 speeds and its available as retrofitment..Rotors I m planning the esteem's but would have to change the calipers.

The brake job trials would be done by me in house to check on viability. if all goes well, would prime and test it. Swift booster I am afraid is too big for the alto. The Alto booster is good. Probably u could get some pads with enough bite along with rotors.

Steering Remote works pretty well. I have not had problems so far. I would be switching towards the left side shortly. HU is Pioneer - DEH P 4750 with Ipod Adapter & Ipod 4GB nano with Pioneer Ovals & Blaupunkt Mid's. .Good enough for an 800. If I need noise i've 100 RMS Wharfedales with 12" subs at Home.

mridul-like most mentioned, pls change the steering wheel and gear knob, remove the ferrari sticker,[suzuki and ferrari????],try to avoid to much of fancy stuff on the dash, try to keep it neat,do paint the bumpers the same body color, would make your car look good.otherwise a neat car you got there.you got a neat looking bike too.
