I just bought NGK plugs as well though I picked up the platinum ones. NGK G-power. Rs.200 each.

Iridium didn't make sense but I wanted something better than stock.

Now I have all the stuff, OWS oil, flush and plugs but no time to go and get all of it done.

i can confirm here that the NGK G-power are very good spark plugs. iridium is damn costly and i dont think its of much use in an alto.
G-Power have platinum tip and the design is similar to iridium plug the only difference being the iridium has iridium tip. G-power are self cleaning types and dont need to be cleaned or re adjusted. many issues on my alto sorted out after G-Power.
i am also using BG - 44k engine decarb which has to be mixed with fuel. after half the tank i am feeling that the throttle response is much better now.

Hi All,

It's been about 40000 kms since i installed my K&N and havent got anything done to service it.

The guy from whom i got this installed had told me of some imported oil with which i was supposed to get it cleaned however now i don't remember which oil he mentioned.

I've lost that guys number and am now facing heavy breathing type sound from my Filter as it has been washed dry many times during servicing and has gone completely dry ( its supposed to stay lubricated is what that guy told me ).

Can someone help me with this as the local mechanics and the MOSS guys don't have any idea about it.

Also to let everyone know that it's not giving me problem in performance but a lot of heavy breathing noise which is coming inside the cabin too.

You can contact a nearby K&N dealer. The list of dealers is available at the K&N website:K&N Air Filter & Air Intake Dealer Search - Where to buy K&N Products
