The Green cotton is a filter with CAI where as the K&N conical is not and is exposed to dirt and heat.

Is this the Storm or the Wind?

Looks like a nice install -- lot better than your K&N install, which was sucking in hot air for sure.

I am sure that your dynamisation kit is placed properly so as not suck in water.

Enjoy the difference mate.

Cheers,

Nice install of the storm filter. Btw, you haven't mentioned anything regarding the difference? Is this better than K&N?

The service support from the "Green" is very good compared to the K&N guys. Eventually it all boils down to service.

We all know & acknowledge that Pete's has exceptionally good service support for ALL his products. Something that other's can learn a thing or two from.

Cheers

Also, can some one post back as to who in Chennai is selling Green filters?

I am currently having Stock K&N filter on my 2005 SWIFT petrol.

If you have a stock replacement K&N filter in the Swift, leave it as it is.
And I would suggest getting a Free flow exhaust job instead of wasting a bomb again on a filter.

Nitrous, Thank you for your suggestion. Who in chennai will you recommend for the free flow exhaust job?

I am planning to switch to Green Cotton Wind air filter. Pete's site says the price is 3800 for the filter and 1750 for the dynamization kit. I guess its cheaper compared to the price that redfire had once mentioned (7350 IIRC).

Do you guys think I should order it online or will I get it cheaper in the shops in Chennai ? Any recommended shops for the same ?
