good work man! but in my opinion, the fluorescent blue is an overkill. a tame red would have been better.

Hi Monty, very nice rim-work on your Alto

Regarding the PiperCross cold-air-intake you're planning to install, please check for feasibility before getting it as the engine-bay is really cramped in the Alto.

I would be looking forward to this install of yours as I'm contemplating a similar one myself If the battery could be relocated to the rear however, some much needed space would become available under the hood for such installs.

Looks really neat! Question : Does such an after-market paint job on the wheels require frequent touchup? Won't the paint chip off easily?

Thanks for the rims comment. and the pipercross will be fitted under the hood, and that too i guess without relocating the battery. will post the pics when i get that done.. may be next week.

we might need touchups if we get it scratched, and which i already did.. lol. the paint will chip off easily as well on stock colors ( may be not on machined finished once) .. mine were hyper silver and it had black underneath it.

If you do a good coat of clear after the paint, it won't chip off easily. See how well Monkey's wheels have held up.

now this paint job on the rims is giving me inspiration to go a head and paint my viva's fins and get a good contra paint on the calipers and the rear drums, wow man i never imagined that blue to go with the car's color but it looks too cool now.

any ideas for my car please?

here is the linky to my garage

Very good question. Of all the things I talk about, seems like I have to understand my Alto properly, after all of 3 full years!
