Yes, We need some review about this OTHER chip sold by 4seasons.
Would be very nice if somebody can compare it with Pete's box. We have many who have test driven a Pete'd Swift. So, it won't be hard to to do that I guess.

Bhagwan,
where can I find more details on the exhaust? google showed no results for the Swift and remus. or suzuki and remus.

4-5 days installation time?
why? does the exhaust take that long? or is it the ICE causing the delay?
If things work out well for you with the exhaust, My plans for the alloys will be postponed further

@bhagwan
This is a DTE tuning box manufactured in U.K. and if i remember correct it has 9 different choice of stages. Power gain is also a little more than Pete's but if i were you spending 32k on a DTE i would rather go in for the remap from Petes.
DTE is more popular in the south but not many dealers for the same.
A RESMUS end-can for 13K odd, is again too steep for me considering that you could get a custom designed cat-back exhaust system for the DDiS at a lower price or again other end-cans for 1/3rd .

He's been open enough about the money he's spent and bold enough to make choices that are not common. why should we drag him down?

also, would you please let us know where we can get a custom end can for the DDiS with cat back for 1/3rd the price? I'm looking for one.

But never the less the above were just my 2 cents.

The wheels and tyres are looking awesome Bhagwan, great choice there.
I am sure you are going to enjoy the drive after the work is done.cheers:

I appologise for the earlier post, i entered it before completing it.
It was just giving my POVs and do respect Bhagwan for his mods on his car.

I really appologise if i hurt any sentiments.

@rippergeo
Sorry bro but guess you mis read or i typed it wrong. Just the end-can/muffler is available for 1/3rd the price of the RESMUS but ofcourse they are not branded, guess you know that too.
And a cat-back system would be for or around the price of the RESMUS end-can.

Are these the 6kg OZ alloys?
And when you are reviewing it, I also want to know if the 17 inchers foul anywhere within the wheel well. Thanks ;-).

Nice choice of wheels & tyres mate. Do keep us informed about the performance gains fromthe DTE box.

I have a doubt regarding the exhaust. Since yours is a turbo diesel how effective is the Remus going to be? I know in petrol cars it would sound beautiful.

Congrats on the new car, BHAGWAN! Those are real hot rims -- the best design for the Swift, IMHO. I'd almost managed to get a set of replicas in 16", but they went out of stock (can't afford true-blue OZs). If I remember right, you had the same design on your earlier Petrol Swift too, right?

I'd almost convinced myself a REMUS end-can was not really needed, and there you go posting the pic and breaking my resolve! I called up the Kerala Dealer (Emperor/HassMiss) for details today 'noon. Luckily it looks like that budget has just got taken up with an ICE upgrade plan, so that money just got spent.

Pete's deal in the Green CAIs. Quite a few of our forum members have one in their Swifts (including Rippergeo who's posted here). Pete's Performance Products

Waiting for your ICE install to get done!

Hi !

The close up of the Exhaust :-

The time is for the ICE - 4 days at least... long job.
The Exhaust & Tuning Box + Rims + Tyres got done over tea and snacks. 2 hours, I would say. 4 guys were working on the car at 1 time...

If you plan to buy Alloys - save and buy OZ only. Do NOT buy the China / Taiwan variety. Please.....

Thank you for the comments on the rim - I too like them a lot.

I do not drive 'fast'
In fact my driving skills are below par & there is a lot that is left to be desired.

The ICE work is in progress.
The pictures & install details are in the ICE section. The link to that is :-

http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/sound-...-carbon-2.html

Do take a look. I actually buy a car only to do its ICE - truly. I love it.
cheers:
