Performance Mod for Indica GVS - Suggestions Required

Hi Guys,

A friend of mine owns a 2007 Indica GVS Petrol and is interested in increasing the performance of the vehicle. We are no experts in this field but came across with the following options: -

1. Pete's Re-mapped chip
2. Free Flow Exhaust
3. K&N Filter

Do you think that addition of a CNG Kit will help or hamper the performance in anyway? Do you think its advisable?

Epic, I don't think Peter has remaps for the Indica. FFE, headers and performance filters can be done.

Indica GVS indicates that it is a 1.2 petrol. Note that making modifications to a new car may void warranty. My car is a 2003 1.4L petrol Indica. I've added an FFE including headers.

Pete's tuning boxes are NOT available for any Tata cars. Anyway, they are only available for CRDi Diesel engined cars.

My Indica has a custom made free flow exhaust from Viper Performance and the car is running well. You can check out my photo gallery for pictures. For more info, you can contact T-BHP member viper.

From whatever little knowledge, CNG kit isn't ideal if one expects high performance and that too from a 1.2L car. However, there has been an extensive discussion on this topic in this thread.

indica's gearbox taking on a remap? holy gaumata!

CNG kills performance for a fourth of running cost. Rest Gangsta's thread should help you. And Wolfinstein is your best friend
