Need Help! - E-zen

Hi guys. this is for the gurus.
i have just bought a esteem engine , want to fit it a zen. need some advice. 1) are all three mountings same. 2) is the zen gear box housing direct fit to the esteem engine. 3) will the zen carb work on the 1.3 engine.4) what about the clutch plate and pressure
plate.

yes it is east to fit into a zen. teh gearbox too is a straight match. the carb of a zen will be too small for the engine, you can use it but teh performance wil no be upto the mark. use the esteem manifold and carb. better option.

hey iceman ,
thanx a lot for the quick reply. i will buy a esteem carb . do you think putting a four valve head of the MPFi esteem is a better option. the intake manifold can be made for the esteem carb. what about the exhaust.
Is the MPFI head of the esteem and zen identical.

yes the heads are identical except the valve sizes and little bit of the flow design. also a 16valve on a carb bottom requires quite a bit of work..do you think your mechanic is capable of handling it. also the head has different ports so teh inlet and exhaust manifolds will be different.
