Amazing
After the losses, 133 bhp is an amazing figure.
Congrats.
How about a 0-100 run in real life?
Just to check the kick.

Congrats Memo, that's very good & usable torque curve, but the main thing is that the car is running very reliable which is more important after all the kind of mods undergone.

I always emphasize Power + Reliability = Real Fun !

Cheers.

Sorry for the delays but getting a car ready is no fun, so here we go now that the boost has bee upped all the way to 9.5 psi.
With up-graded injectors which are also almost OE pug-in, only the connectors from the new injectors to the OE connectors were a mix-nd-match but no changes in OE equipment i.e fuel rail or mounting of the injectors or the wiring.
The new stage-2 clutch is also with RACE dynamics.
Add to all this even a fiber kit is preped for the car just in case come drag day and some straight line aderline is required, then the rear doors, the hood and the boot can be replaced with the fiber ones, YES they too will fit on the OE hinges and use OE locks, actually if they are finished of right they look so Stock one could not tell the difference from the real doors to the fiber ones.
Coming back to the boost part the has to be tested for that kind of boost on stock internals, but as of now the car has crossed the first 10k kms without any major glitches or has broken down any where.

good news.. new clutch with race dynamics? didn't understand.
10k over? it seems you have been driving quite a bit. i managed to do that in one year. if nothing has gone bad till now, i guess you can call it pretty reliable like stock. only thing that i can see is couplers getting loose, turbo getting older, and a rusting down pipe!!! enjoy the ride.

Could you give us more details on the fibreglass rear doors/boot/hood? How practical would they be on a daily driver? How much do they cost? and who made them for you?

The fiber stuff for daily use not suggested, but you could use the hood and boot, doors a big no no, all the fiberglass stuff was done at RACE dynamics, the pricing you will have to talk to the people at RACE dynamics.

I read this thread with great interest - big congratulations to RaceDynamics and memo45!!

I had a small question on the intake. The stock SX4 has the MAF and the IAT sensor cluster mounted on the air cleaner box / assembly. I see from the modified intake that the aluminium tubing does not have the MAF and IAT sensors?!
Would you be willing to tell me where you have relocated them to? - or am I missing seeing them?
