@JAY: Dude sorry, but have never got the time to stay in touch really, as i am in the last classes and doing Doubles in the morning and nights to finish up with my degree. Any ways i will make it up to you.

Looks like its raining Turbos in Bangalore and psycho and vasu anna have their hands full.

Psycho / v1p3r, how about some videos of the car in motion. I am sure you guys are behind the wheel for an hour here and there fine tuning the RD ECU.

Stock is good till 0.3 bar using 350cc or 450cc for higher boost.

Stock injectors are good for 0.3 bar with a very conservative duty cycle limit.

Stock internals in the engine is good for much more than that, exact figures will be posted soon.
