Hi, any suggestions for products for maintaining and cleaning rather expensive stanley leather seat covers? Is this Auto Glym Leather Care stuff good enough or should one stick with Stanley products?
TIA

Posting on behalf of a friend.

Are there any delivery issues with Stanley Leather? The Chennai dealer/sales point mentions that they don't have supply.

I contacted Stanley Bangalore.I was informed that Stanley in Chennai is dealt by Hot Cars Zone in OMR located after SRP Tools junction. The contact number is 96000 92688 Mr.James. I believe this is open on all days till about 8.30 PM. I was looking for covers for Swift Zxi, but the price is steep and starts from Rs 25K. Any suggestions?

I think it's too late to reply to you, but still for the benefit of all, yes there are Stanley outlets in NCR. But my experience is that they are prohibitively expensive & that's the reason I always came back with just the quote.

Drive safe.

If you read my post carefully i was asking for the Karlson outlets. I am aware about the Stanley outlets in NCR. You have rightly mentioned that the prices quoted by the Stanley guys are quite high but as they say "Quality never comes cheap". I just wanted to know an outlet having more or less same quality standards as of Stanley but with a better pricing which will not be that heavy on pocket in NCR.

^^ Hey mate, I did read your post carefully, but I mentioned about Stanley assuming you may not have heard of them here in NCR.

BTW, did you find any body who can do such a decent job at VFM prices? Please share the information in case you found a place. If not, I visited a guy (small shop only) today near my place. Let me know if you are interested.

Drive safe.

Even i was searching for the same and for that i had a talk with Mr. Sajith from karlsson Bangalore whose number is posted in one of the previous posts in this thread only. But as expected they don't have any outlet in NCR, they do have one in mumbai. He told me that for the NCR they require some quality fitters. I suggested him that they should seriously consider NCR, as their is no one to compete Stanley (Quality Standards) here and with your pricing you can have a good share of market. He told me that they do have plans to come to NCR in future but nothing concrete as of now . Yes i want to know the shop which you were referring to. As i am planning my next car (Ritz Vdi ABS), i want leather seats for the same. Did you get your seat covers done from the same shop which you are referring to? Please share the details, if yes.
Btw it was very sad reading about your experience at driven . I was planning for the ICE from driven only but now i have to think again.

Re: Stanley leather seats - review please

Thanks. Spoke with them on 9313840882. They want me to come to Delhi (Karol Baug / Lajpat Nagar) for the steering wheel cover which would cost around 1500/- and the leather will be Classic or Satin.
