Interesting brake pads, how much are they? They seem to have slightly more surface area than the Swift pads, but I might be wrong. Do they have a part number?

Please update once you've clocked some miles on them.

@crazy diablo, could you please post an approximate price and a review of the exedy clutch. Is that a stage 1? How long is it expected to last and how does it compare to an SGP clutch, with regards to price and life? Thanks in advance
ps: Love your build.

@ported head: They looked good thats why I picked them up. I had never heard of them before I picked them up. They are around 6800 bucks per set. No they dont have any part number written on them and am not even sure if it fits. These are an experiment lets see how it goes. I will also change the brake fluid to DOT 4.

@Srijit: This is the same clutch that Mclaren1885 is using. So if you want an instant review he is the one to catch. The pedal feel is pretty much like a stock clutch (which I like because wifey also drives the car). I dont know how long it will last, that only time will tell. I am told this is a Stage 2 clutch, but not the Sports Tuff series.

Binz, gimme some time I will post a feedback.

But i have more surprises coming you way guys.....

I have the same clutch on my car. It is a stage 1 clutch. How much did you pay for it? This clutch will easily hold provided you dont do too many hard launches.

Okay I stand corrected. Its a stage 1 then. I paid 10.5K for it, now I need to get it installed. How long has it run on your car?

yes 10.5k is a bit tooo much.
also the brake pads. have they been fitted? I have a feeling they are for the esteem. I could be wrong. I never knew that kevlar pads dint need to be heated.

That brings a question on whether we have a thread which contains price information for non-OEM parts !!

Should have bought a stage 2 only, dude. They're streetable but way tougher.

Did you check which model these pads go onto? I hope they're not for the 1.8 Baleno, that would be a bummer. Do remember to skim the discs before you put them on.

How about a review of the Neovas?

So the cat is outta the bag. Got new shoes for the car, Yokohama Advan Neovas AD-07 in 195/60R14 size. I have to thank Ishaan and Nikhil for these tyres.

It just happened on Friday, I just got out for lunch and called up Nikhil. He was prompt in giving all the options and a good discount too for TBHPians. So I forget lunch, forget Michelins PP1s and get to the tyre shop. I have not been to Madhu's for a long time and was impressed with the equipment. Everything was done quickly and out came black beauty with spanking new shoes.

Initial impressions are really good. I have not yet scrubbed these in yet. Road feedback is amazing, not noisy now, less ride comfort. But one thing I can tell you these things stick like leaches! Just a few pics:
