Need Opel Logos for my Corsa Sail

Hi

Im Stevie Dass from Bangalore and I own an Opel Corsa Sail 1.4. Several Months ago both the logos of my car (front and back) were stolen. The front logo is part of a grille and the logo at the back is embedded in a plastic fixture that house the rear door lock. ( I'll try and post a picture or two below)

I queried at Sundaram Motos and they said that only the rear logo would be available and would cost approx 1000 bucks!!!

Could any of you help me find the logos for cheaper, if possible. I havent ventured into the lanes of Chandini Chowk Gujari in Shivajinagar, as yet.

Why dont you just add a mesh grille in the front and completely de-badge your car that will look hott and sporty

Hi Ramie2400,
that is in fact a great idea and i did think about it as an option. I probably need the right guy to do that for me. It has to be a superior mesh and a neat job. Thanks for the idea and the reminder. Do you know any guys that might be able to do this here in Bangalore?

Hmm.. that was expected with the Opel spares priced insanely high or not available/delayed. Your best bet will be to search in Shivajinagar gujri. You'll get these logos for a max few hundreds.

If possible, take someone who knows a shopkeeper out there or preferably a Shivajinagar resident.

@ ramie: debadging the rear would look odd as there is place provided for the logo...it would suit cars with a clean and smooth back like swift or palio...getting my point???
stevie try some other garage...or local auto markets...

I agree with vdi, the local markets and accessory shops should be able to get you the logos for pretty cheap. It wont be a "Genuine GM Part" but will work just fine.

Ps: I got my OHC's "CITY LOGO" the same way.

Perfect Cost Effective Solution Found!!!!

Hi Guys

I finally found a simple, cost effective and rather neat solution to the opel logo replacement for my car. Since the company sad i could only replace the front logo, and not the back one, I decided to find a solution to the problem.

The Place: Local Decal Stickering shop in R.T Nagar

The Solution: Computer cut opel logo mounted on a sun board circular 4mm disc. Fastened with a double layered foam tape (heavy duty).

The Result: you have to look at the pics BELOW and let me know what you think of this solution >>>>
