How to remove the fiesta horn cover

I am planing to paint chrome on the border of horn cover. I am not able to pull out the horn cover. Can anybody help me out here?

Chrome is something you plate. You paint on silver paint.

And why don't you post some snaps of the horn itself?

Chrome paint is available these days. Most of the new alloys that are available in the market today are chrome painted and not plated.

Ah. That is news to me.

IIRC, are not screws available on the horn cover to remove them? And what is the point in chrome painting some thing which is invisible?

i believe deno is talking about the steering wheel. he wants to paint the center piece whatever it is called.
i think it should come off just by pulling it out. use some force.

If you are talking about the horn cover on steering wheel then just pull it out, from the 3 sides as there are connected by clips and once it opens then disconnect the horn plugs.
