its a gud thing they try to do what they want... but atleast do your homework....

ha ha ha.... good one!!! converting a 1000 cc engine to a 1300cc by just changing the head?? what about cylinder volume, combustion area volume, block design, etc.... if i'm correct, the esteem and zen engines have different desingns for the head and block, with differrent oil passages, cooling lines, et al. ......

and dude, cooool car you have-forget the body, it's what's under the hood that turns me on-always!!!!!

and by the way, the fuel injected marutis already have 16 valves; albeit single overhead camshaft driven,-so, it would be great to know how much of a difference is there in the modding costs involved-there wouldn't be much diff. if youre changing the head anyways, right?

and also, do you have an lsd? and what times have you clocked (pick-up- 0-100, 1/4 mile, etc)?also, what's the max speed you've thrusted this baby to?

and whom did you get the mods from? costs involved and contacts please......

p.s-if it was the jaundice zen before, do ensure not to make it a flying one by putting that same spoiler as before.....he...he... just kidding..

and as for the torque, did you try playing around with the flywheel mass and stroke length (conrod lentgh, crankshaft mods)? if you did, please tell me the difference in torque that you experienced.

and please do post the contacts of your modifier or pm me- i might have some work for him myself, pretty soon.....!!! i also think gamerno will be wanting the same.

you said it veyron1.
everyone in the board critisized the "jaundiced zen". but i kinda liked it. & im sure it will now look sweet as the paintjob is done. to my memory, the car had a Team FS sticker behind.
also, am still busy saving funds for an engine swap but i'll surely accompany you when you take your esteem for the mods.
~cheers

well zengt...you mentioned doing 8500 revs and taking i upto 9000revs. if i am not mistaken the gt head has hydraulic lifters and these handle only 8000revs also the ecm has a rev limit of 7600 revs. how have you taken these hydraulic lifters to 8500-9000 revs?
have you changed them...??
