How does your car smell

Hi,

It's summer time and definitely the car does not smell nice from the inside. Especially because the A/C creates a lot of moisture inside and when parked in the sun for sometime it gets all heated up and makes it quite unpleasant.

I have tried a few refreshners was not very happy.

1. I was curious to know what the others do keep their cars smell good?
(During Summers and monsoon)

2. Please share any good economical refreshners.

3. Is a Liquid freshner always good, is there any alternative?

Regards,
Neel

HI ..
try keeping a fresh fruit like Apple or a guava under your seat ....
Mango also will do quite nicely ..BUT remember to remove the fruits before it ripens and starts to stink ... change a fruit every three days .. your car will smell of the fruit and it is very cheap and Natural ...

Or strip off, sit in your car, tuern the ac+ heating full on, the heat should kill off the bacteria, run it for 10 min, then run for a cold shower and a hard earned beer

We use Ambi Pur in our cars.

It's small, easy to attach and very effective. Bacterias' don't stand a "stinking chance". LOL

U should be able to get one at most car accessory stores.

well.. i have a fairly elementary approach...
1 ) ensure that the car interiors are cleaned frequently.. every sunday in my case

2) keep the deo of ur choice in glove box.... "the car now begins to smell lik you".. making it a "TRUE" extension of ur personality... and ofcourse the deo comes handy..... also gives u the flexibility to change n experiment...

i frankly am not a big fan of the standard car perfumes.... makes ur car smell so artificial...... and most importantly... takes away the individuality of the car....

cheers.....

heheheheheheh

haha,

instead of throwing away that fruit after 3 days why not eat it the same day after u r done for the day,
how about artificial fruit ,it wont ripen,so it can be used for ever.hehehhe.

instead regular cleaning of the interiors and maybe using ur deo as vivaid said will help .

Ambi pure sukks.

In US, famous car deo is "NEW CAR SCENT"

and if you are exotic then take fruits...strawberry in everything , you know what I mean..........

I was using some imported one. Was very good. It was shaped like a helmet. Dont remember the flavour though. Throwed it off after it got over. Couldn get a refill for it. Ambipure gives me a head ache.
