Thanks again for all the kind words and tips. Aiming to work on the finishing part some time later. Truth is, I've no experience, this is my first. Yeah, I need to do something about those wires.

audiophile I saw those projector headlamps on the internet too, they are sometimes called headlamps for Ford Fiesta Mark V, but I'm not ready to import them yet.

Anyway "benbsb29" requested for some daylight pics with parking lights on, so here goes..

You mean the outer glass? Im using stock. The outer portion of the glass (towards the indicators) has lines like those old headlamps but I can't help it, its all there is in the market to my knowledge. Also only glass are not available, have to go for complete assembly. I know its quiet a sore in the eye.

very nice , clean and resourceful DIY... hope i had the will and time to carry through such a DIY ...

you just saved yopurself about $900- that would have been the cost you would have to pay a retrofitter to fit HID projectors on you current headlamp assembly.

I painted the edge of the glass black from the inside. The interiors were too visible without them, and since the inside were not exactly pretty, I painted them to cover up some. But the glass has uneven surface on the outer portion and not smooth, so the painting on these part appeared rough/eneven (First time painting using spray-can), so I used tape to smoothen things up a bit.

Thanks. I just did a little bit everyday after work. I have to pay bills y'know. Took almost a month . That's why there are those fogs to supplement for night driving while I was working on the headlamp.

$900 . With a little more practice, I could be earning well.

Neat!!! They look excellent in the sun as well! The high beam projectors were looking a bit out of focus though... will try the same thing if i lay my hands on good used projectors!
Thanks bro
