BMW Bluetooth kit

The 5 series and X3 Suv come with "Car Phone preperation" and the BT kit needs to be purchased seperately from dealer.
Any idea if the BMW BT kit is worth it? Any one uses it on the 5 series or X3?
How much did you pay for yours and are u happy with it?

I haven't installed it but was qouted around 60k for it. I prefer keeping my conversations private rather than have all the passangers in the car hear it. But I have seen this work, it syncs perfectly and gives all the contacts on the idrive.
A few members here have got this i fitted i believe.

60K seems to be a bit too much.

I too dont like the idea of others in the car being able to hear the other party through the speakers of the car.

Gonna get the Jabra SP700 BT kit at like 5K . Can also move it b/w cars.
