First you say thats expensive.

Lemme do some calculations for you on to why its not a better option to order them from UK.

The light cost 260 pounds
@ 73.271 ( Current exchange rate on Jan11 , 10:30).
It comes out to be 19050

Assume it to be 19000.

Add to that shipping.

This is the normal lights on the skoda TPi and not the ones with projectors , xenons and angel eyes.

That would make it almost in the range of 40.

Its better to have a 8k ( or whatever the cost would finally come out to be) for a DIY rather than going for 40k lights which are never made for the l&k / vRs.

Smokim, thumbs up for the effort. You have really made very nice DIY but change the LED color. Maybe I am wrong here but the pictures post here is not showing the real thing. But very nice work indeed.

@abhinav: thanks for your calculations !! but the 20k is for one light only and that too without the shipping and custom duties so take it approximately for 32k for one with all inclusive and that is the dealer cost not the retail one

@HELLSPAWN : You don't want to spend 8k but you are ready to spend approx 80 k for headlights, nice if you ever purchase a skoda do it for sure.. LoLZ

@LBM: thanks ,if any suggestions you have to get the things right then you are most welcome

@BENBSB: thanks or your help i am really thinking of 3 led's with 3 gaps what you suggest looking nice to me

@shuvd: can we have some pics because i can't find any of the related thing at kit up site too

I did see these lights on Abhinav's car yesterday & while the angel eyes look good the LED strip needs to be completely reworked imo. Or maybe removed completely because in isolation the Angel Eye effect looks pretty good.

Exactly As Ishaan Said, Either have the LEDs or the Angel Eye, Both of them together look like one big mess.

See the Pic of the After market ones, It looks pretty good with the LED work only.

@Dik****: Did you visit the LED Expo a Pragiti Maidan??? They had some very good stuff and high quality LEDs, I am sure you can plonk some of those into head lights.

Car looked better in real, than the pictures.

IMO, LED's should go, and angel eyes can remain. If you can source a second smaller one to go with it, that would be ideal.

Minus the LEDs, the light looks really good. Add a second projector with angel eyes and it'll look amazing.

With the LEDs, the light looks tacky and cheapo, no offence intended to anyone. My opinion, take them off please.

A second projector with an angel eyes.
Good option but can't be done on this car.
The person who had made this done does not want to spend much.
His budget was restricted.
