And dont worry people, I think you should know that a person who can ride this "Look at me" mean machine, can take th criticism very well and loves the attraction..

@ Pics issue: Arush I have to agree that we can get better ones, lets do it tomorrow..
and thats how it should be....but do not get disheartened by anyone's comments. In the end you should love it,rest is secondary.
Though, you need good pics against nice backgrounds like the kind arush usually clicks.

Octavia coupe-Great concept and well carved through Master's hand.
Superb Side angle looks, Great workmanship with a bit scope for improvements at front-wide-fenders and shining black painted back.Re-doing these small changes shall escalate the esthetics to brilliance.
Congratulations to Mehul and Arush on the prized possession.!!!

@ Rocky Balboa: Yes the car length has been decreased..

@ Spit fire: A true fact buddy, and I believe that Arush has tried best to keep that DNA alive..

@ Blueraven: Great comparison bro.. Had the Darth Vader mask been in two tone as the car they would have been identical twins..
About the rims, m satisfied with them.. For other designs, ask Arush the nos. I had sent him as options..

The car looks amazing and the paint job too is superb. However there are some things which I feel could have been done better.

For example -
The C-pillar (now B I guess) could have been designed better.
The extension of the door looks bad. I guess the same was done for the Lancer Coupe. A pillar-less door would have looked much better.
Multi-spoke alloys would have looked better.
The WB kit at the rear looks horrible. Would have looked better if the rear surrounds were missing.
Go for angel eyes headlights. Will definitely improve the looks.

In the end, as long as you are happy with the car...thats what really matters in any mod job. All the best with your car.

I am sorry but I dont like it one bit. Its a bit too loud and screams 'look at me'
Although I must say how a car looks in person and pictures makes a lot difference.

Stunning job but I too did not like the rear end and the wheel arches. But one must give credit to the workmanship. And I dont know why it has been mentioned as only Arush's work. The workshop must have done these changes because the owner wanted his car to be like this and he is happy. Thats what matters at the end of the day.

Exactly. To me it was like "What the heck". Does not like it a bit.

Agree that its ones own feel which makes the difference, and if you like it then what makes the difference

I have a feeling the wheelbase has been altered, or is it because of the care length!

The wheel base in NOT altered. That if done would have changed the whole handling of the car & the body shell would have needed extensive reinforcement. Risky proposal IMO if anyone were to do it.

Cheers

You sure have a head turner Mehul. Enjoy your new ride!

PS: Was this the 2 door Octi which was to be chrome painted?

The front LOOKS good.

But from here on its a diaster. the rear is ghastly!, the b/c pillar looks too stubby and too huge tyres IMHO

I now know what arush meant when he said that the thing really shines in sunlight. Thats a magnificent finish.

I dont even like the fit and finish.... looks at the shoulder line and the panel gaps for the front door.
