With a little help from my friend Google and Justdial I have managed to get you some info here goes.

the detachable stearing wheels are primarily used for rally,racing and other stuff also basically tashan..

The top two brands are Sparco and MOMO and Tekniqauto all are North america based.Took me some time to find out.

In India we get copies of the same:-

Hub is gonna cost you Rs.375/-
and Sparco Look alike Stearing wheel will cost you Rs. 4000 onwards.

How about having a removable wheel, and a fake replacement to fool thieves. Maybe one which will pop out and land on the thief's face when he starts the car.
