Great start Strok but like V-16 I can't figure out why is it on its side and the way she looks with all the parts strewn around seems you were at war with her hope it turns out well!

The was turned to left side because i was not able to stand the car shell without tyres and want to see the exeact position of damage in the shell..

As per the spares i need the internal AC Blower unit with cooling Coil.

where ever he resides the guy is either speedygonzalvis's brother or all the pics were taken some time ago as car is very stripped between noon today and now!!!

Yaa the pics are not taken today.
The project was started on Friday 20-3-09 and Yesterday the Car Shell is gone to My Friends Work Shop Named As Auto Concepts Located in Faridabad for Body work they are expert in rebuilding Chassis of any type of Car, Jeeps, Suv's etc. I was on watch on there work from last 4 months and get impresed by there body work.

Hey Stroke. I'm an avid E30 owner. If you need any help with your restoration do feel free to PM me. Also in case you need the workshop manual or anything do let me know. Would love to help out a fellow E30 owner. I've had my 1990 E30 well, since 1990...

Stroke, with the current position (car lying on it's side), I would advise you to use some support/pole against the inner parts of the posts/pillars etc to prevent body flexing. Due to the weight of the doors, metal etc, the shell can start flexing and it is very difficult to get it right once the damage is done.

You can use two steel props and place it diagonally against the pillar base to the top of the pillar as shown. Sorry about the rough sketch but I hope you get the idea.

Yaa you are right.
As the shell is now kept in normal position as it is mounted on wheels.
But i will fix cross jacks as you have shown in pics.
