The blower unit is not a problem at all. There are so many available, you will definitely get one to fit in the place provided. Maybe a Sanden unit would do good.

Thanks
Today will contact to Car Ac Repairing and new Ac installer.

As when i was planing to shift my E30 Body Shell from my factory to Auto Concept. I was worried that how should i transfer my E30 shell. As the Roads from my factory to Auto Concept are not good and very jerky.

I arranged one Tata 407 to transfer E30 Body Shell. Now i want to test will my E30 body shell be safe from jerks and decided to sleep myself at loading portion of 407 and said to driver not to go over 25 km/h. After covering 1 km i decided i will not send my E30 Body Shell in Tata 407.

After that i contact my Friend at Auto Concept and discuss the same problem.( I don't want to give any more pain to my E30 Shell ) And there workshop manager understand my problem and advice me to bring the shell on Bull powered Trolley.

Now i arrange the trolley and also called the workshop manager Mr Jagtaar Singh (Jagga) to test it together. We both tested the Trolley as i have tested Tata 407.

And finally we decide to check and correct the air pressure of Tyres of Trolley and transfer my E30 Body Shell on Bull Powered Trolley. And done the same.

Uploading some pics of My E30 Body Shell.

Stand aside Horse Power and make way for.......BULL POWER!

The future standard of power generated by cars!

Anyway jokes apart, the project seems to be coming along strong. A little bit of advice, try to stick to OEM or trustworthy name-brand parts. It'll cost you, but the E30's mechanicals really last!

Mine's over 19 years old, clocked 180K KM on the odo, and she still has a lot of Bull Power!

@stroke^
that's a rather very innovative way of transporting body shells. I wonder if a cop can pull this one over for a speeding ticket

Nevertheless, nice restoration. keep it going smooth and good.
Hope you didn't get hurt in that nasty accident.

cheers

With respect to the body shell, nothing much really, just get all the rust treated. If some panels are badly rusted, then you may have to cut and replace that bit of sheet metal.

Then there's an anti-rust treatment which is applied to the bare shell, and paint...that's it.

Oh and BTW, this car used to come to Kashyap motors quite a few years back when I was in Delhi, has had some major work done to it too, I don't remember it, but my dad saw this thread and told me that both these E30s used to be parked together and that the owner at that time had once taken a drive in my car to see what the E30 was really capable of.

**While you have the chassis out, you should consider getting a good strut brace for the front and rear. The E30, especially the 4 block motors have great weight distribution, but with the bars she'll really handle unbelievably!

Working On Body Shell

As the driver side floor replaced with new sheet.
Now the shell will be fitted with front and rear suspension and tyres to go at sand blasting workshop.

After that we will reinforce the shell.
As my E30 shell is having some problem in front right side and has to be rectified.

Can you please tell me if any one is having the Chassis Strengthening Hydrolyze machine in NCR area.
