@ docg - the stock size is 17" .. just got someone on the job for rims so soon will have new shoes for the car.

@ cyrus - just once i felt the car was underpowered - was at 210 kph... but i guess the filter would fix it at it wasn't that slow though only a lil

I hit 185 in my Civic with five passengers (yes, six people total), a boot full of luggage and a full tank of fuel. Took quite a while and I smelled something burning after braking to 120 (), but it was worth it.

Did they put a speed limiter on the car? Cuz that'd be the worst. Get some sport suspension, a set of sticky tyres and a remap and you should be set.

PTC are the main distributors and for dealers gyro deal in koing and they have some really good design with them in stock visit them you will find some good design.

Gyro has some white color wheel with red lining on the lip i don't know which brand it is but will look good. (m4ugr8 can shed some light on it )

Really Sad to hear this AM, I Hope no A Pillars or roof is dented or damaged, Wind was very strong today, Even My civic picked up a small dent near the fender, when parked near a restro near GK-2.

EDIT: That Konig Rim pic is stolen from my facebook Page . LOL Anyways, The design is in 17", 5x114.3. Konigs available at GYRO, contact them for pricing etc. I heard somebody got 17" Konigs for around 50k here in Delhi. Somebody got them already

These are not the confirmed the prices, I heard somebody got them for this much. Obviously He was robbed and over charged at the first place. The Dealer is a very old and A very popular name in the Car Accessory market in Delhi and NCR. Wont disclose his name here.

Prices of 17" Konig should be near 40k I believe. 17" is expensive.

if we take a 3/4k difference between the size it will come to 31k for set of 4 round of 35k, 40k for konig is too much.
never seen konig personally so can't comment on the build quality maybe they are good.

what is the weight of a 17" wheel ?

Sorry to hear of the damage. Three cars !! OMG My Audi also got a hole on the bonnet from a flying tin sheet from a construction site. . Fortunately that is the only damage.

That's really sad! Someone up there was envious of your garage! So all cars at repairs? Insurance claim?

Jesus Christ!! That's too bad AM. But nothing one can do in front of nature's fury. Thank God no one was inside the car when this happened. I have once been witness to such a kind of incident in dehradun main market. A huge mountain tree broke in half and fell on the main road crushing a couple of cars and a scooter ( rider died on the spot). It was too tragic. Sorry for going OT but just wanted to tell you that this is the reason we have insurances for. Let the companies suffer. You be brave dude.
