No, it doesn't.

The J series (Honda V6) is a whole different ballgame. Currently, it needs serious amounts of fabrication and custom parts to get it to work on a car that originally didn't come with one. Even Accords which come with K24s are hard to get working with J engines because of radically different mounts, axles and so on. The J is the next K of course, but at the moment, aftermarket support is nearly non-existent.

Immortalz is right.
Also with these engines mods have to be done very carefully as there are too many sensors and electronics to mess up

Moreover, the J series V6 is bound to be heavier than the K24, which could make the car more front heavy than it already is.

You'l just end up with a car that will zip past everything on the straights only to lose out in the corners. K24 i think is the better choice for overall performance.

No Amit. I can't afford another car. Though I wouldn't mind exchanging some stock parts from your car with my modded ones .

If suspension can be sorted out nothing like a V6 (witnessed) though it gives around 5Kmpl if pushed hard.

Is plonking the H22 a wise option. Stock 200 hp. Being nearly the same size as the old stock engine, it should be a nice fit with minimal mods required.
